By accessing or using Runami's website and mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Account Creation
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Runami only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use Runami to harass, abuse, or harm others; distribute malware or spam; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; or violate any applicable laws.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Runami offers free and premium subscription tiers. Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Runami are owned by Runami and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your personal training data.
6. Health Disclaimer
Runami provides AI-generated training plans and coaching for informational purposes only. This is not medical advice. Always consult a healthcare professional before starting a new exercise program. Use Runami at your own risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
Runami is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of Runami after changes constitutes acceptance.
